Around the year 440 A. C., at the matured Athens of Socrates, citizens used to vote for all decisions, laws, declarations of war, taxation, appointment to public office, works and all that was necessary in a public square, raising his arms when they were in accordance ...

 Our humanity, after about 2500 years ... almost an eternal time, is always in a hurry to attend to those who may impose without consulting the citizens, not yet willing to redeploy the old, good and efficient Full Democracy, by direct vote.

 Govern, in a common way all around the world, do not want to change, because whoever is in charge of government has excellent wages, salaries and power provokes inebriation: The power  of an habit imposed by sophists, like those of Socrates era, which distorted the sense of institutionalized democracy and a democratic despotism that lasts until today ...

So from the time when democracy has become a despotic institution that lobbies act at  world Congresses, in assemblies, in the Chambers, in City Halls to impose whatever they want to. Lobbying from industry, commerce, institutions and none of them represents the citizen’s legitimacy. 

The proposed Direct Voting is simple, cheap and, above all, truly democratic: Through a Citizen Card, you can access a system of direct and instantly voting through Banks and Internet Voting 24 hours. You can vote all what senators usually votes in national congresses, including declaration of war, distribution of funds from the National Budget as per big items. If citizens wants more education, they will vote for more education budgets, or more health, more environmental conservation, more borders surveillance and determine their haste to grow through the taxes they want and can afford, establishing bank interests limits they can afford ... 

Humanity is tired of politicians who no longer support much of humanity welcomes. They do not change because they are directed and demanded to support accordingly. The democratic system we know has perpetuated this unfair and inequitable way of government, because at their side, are the police, the army, all paid with public citizens funds.

The old chaotic and despotic democracy must stop. So it can be in peace, following a democratic way, but urgently, as soon as possible. The world is waiting for changes.

Democracy by direct voting – How it works ?

Government shall be constituted the same way like it is today.

Changes will be:

1-   All government members will be elected by citizen’s vote. Indications without consulting popular voting shall not be allowed.

2-   Given votes can be subtracted as far as citizens change its vote. If total quantity of given votes decreases down to the minimum quantity for approval, it means not approved.

3-   All laws, declaration of war, budgets for public applications, and all voted at the senate and public organs shall be submitted to public voting.

4-   Voting shall be through 24 hours Banks and Internet, free and at no cost for citizens.

This is much more that voting each 04 years and let the government to do what it wants instead of citizens willing. This is full and real, and the unique kind of true democracy accepted by ultra modern age. On the future, politicians shall be different  from those of today.
